Rezidența artistică „BUZZZZ” a adus împreună artiști și artiste interesate de interdisciplinaritate, cercetare și experimentare. În cadrul a două ateliere, de sound art și self-publishing, desfășurate timp de 10 zile în satul Șona, din județul Brașov, artiștii și artistele au dezvoltat proiecte artistice bazate pe carte și sunet ca medii de expresie artistică.

Lucrările au avut ca punct de plecare intervenția agresivă a omului în natură de-a lungul ultimelor trei secole care a generat un dezechilibru ecologic și climatic. „BUZZZZ”” a propus interogarea relației asimetrice dintre agenți umani și nonumani ce a condus la distrugerea ecosistemului și a biodiversității, căutând moduri alternative de coexistență bazate pe grijă și interdependență. Prin detururi extinse și imersive, artiștii și artistele în rezidență au explorat peisaje sonice alternative și tactici de conectare transpersonală, transversală și afectivă la mediul înconjurător.

The residency “BUZZZZ” brought together artists interested in interdisciplinarity, research, and experimentation. During the two workshops of sound art and self-publishing, held for 10 days in Șona, a village from Brașov county, the artists developed projects based on book and sound as mediums of artistic expression.

The works examined, as a starting point, the aggressive intervention of man in nature throughout the last three centuries, intervention that generated a significant ecological and climatic imbalance.”BUZZZZ” initiated the questioning of the asymmetric relationship between human and nonhuman agents, which led to the destruction of the ecosystem and biodiversity, simultaneously proposing a search for alternative ways of coexistence, based on care and interrelation. Through extended and immersive detours, the artists in residency explored alternative sonic landscapes and ways of transpersonal, transversal, and affective connection to the environment.
